We offer guided tours and related tourism services as described on our website. All services are provided by or under the supervision of licensed tour guides in accordance with regulations of the Israeli Ministry of Tourism.

2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings may be made via our website, phone, or email.
• Full payment or a deposit (as specified) is required to confirm a reservation.
• Accepted payment methods: credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer or bit/paybox payment applications.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

In compliance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981:

• You may cancel your purchase within

  14 days of booking, provided there are at least 7 business days before the tour date.

• Refunds may be subject to a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 business days before the tour.

• No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.

4. Changes and Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour due to:

• Weather conditions

• Security concerns

• Force majeure

In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative tour date.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By booking a tour, you agree to:

• Arrive on time at the meeting point.

• Follow safety guidelines and the instructions of your guide.

• Disclose relevant medical or dietary needs in advance.

• Not engage in illegal or disruptive behavior during the tour.

6. Health, Insurance, and Liability

• Participation is at your own risk.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel and health insurance

  that covers outdoor or group activities.

• While we strive to ensure safety, we are not liable for injuries, illnesses, theft, or loss unless resulting from proven negligence.

• We comply with Israeli liability and safety laws for tour operators.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

8. Intellectual Property
